You've been in business long enough that winging it isn't an option anymore. You've hit the ceiling of figuring it out alone.
What you need is someone who can see the full picture. Who can find the thing underneath that's making everything harder than it should be and help you build marketing that actually feels like you.
I'd been doing everything right: degree, career, milestones...every next logical step and checking every box. And somewhere along the way I realized I'd never actually stopped to ask myself what I wanted my life to look like.
When my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer and given a year to live, that question stopped being optional. It changed everything. How I thought about time, work, life, and what it actually means to build something meaningful. And it made one thing very clear: if you're going to put this much energy into something, it should actually work. For your business and for your life.
That's why I started Purple Sky. And that's what I bring to every woman I work with.
I'm Jordan and I've been obsessed with marketing since I was a kid. There were no boy band posters on my walls. Got Milk? ads instead. Kit-Kat jingles instead of nursery rhymes. I grew up, turned that obsession into a career, and spent 15 years marketing brands at the highest level, including 9 years at Walmart, building strategy for a portfolio of multi-million and billion dollar brands.
I learned how the biggest businesses in the world think. How they build marketing that compounds. How they make sure every piece is connected and pointing in the same direction. And I watched what happened when it wasn't.
Early in my career I was in a briefing for the Sears account, a brand that was struggling and knew it. The client was done playing it safe. And the brief to the creative team was simple: don't think blue sky. Think purple sky.
That idea stuck with me. Because it's exactly what I see happening with the women I work with. They've been looking in the right direction but they've just been stopping one layer too soon.
The tactics and the content aren't the problem. It's time to look at what's underneath. That's what Purple Sky is: getting clear on what's actually there and building from that.
The best answer is usually just beyond where most people stop looking.
